Hand Dyed Yarn Washing Instructions
To keep your hand dyed yarn looking its best,
Soaking: Fill the basin with cool water and wool wash of choice. Gently submerge the yarn and let it soak for 15 to 30 minutes. After soaking, lift the yarn without wringing it.
Rinsing: Drain the soapy water and refill the basin with cool, clean water. Submerge the yarn to rinse out any detergent.
Drying: After rinsing, lay the yarn on a towel to soak up extra water. Reshape it as needed, then let it air dry flat, away from direct sunlight and heat to prevent fading.
