SHIPPING INFO

All Parcels are dispatched via Royal Mail.Parcels are dispatched 3-4 working days after order is placed. Due to Covid-19 international shipping is suffering from delays parcels that were taking 2 weeks could take up to 6-8 weeks.

We strongly advise that you use tracked and signed shipping if you are an international customer.

We are unable to replace/refund untracked parcels if they go missing, Domestic (uk) and international.

How much does postage cost?

Accurate shipping costs will be calculated at checkout by weight. Below is a guide.

UK - £4 for up to 500 Grams
Europe - £5.50 for up to 200 Grams
USA - £10 for up to 200 Grams
Australia, New Zealand, Singapore £9 for up to 200 Grams
Rest of world - £9 for up to 200 Grams

Tracked and insured postage starts at:

UK -£5
Europe - £10
USA - £15
Australia, New Zealand, Singapore - £13.50
Rest of the world - £12.00

Fees or import tax on my order?

If you're purchasing from outside the UK, you may be liable for customs / import charges. All import fees and charges are the responsibility of the customer. For details of what charges may or may not apply, please check with your postal service.

Return & Exchange

If you would like to return or exchange an order, we are happy to do so. You must return the product within 14 days of receiving it.

Return postage is the buyer's responsibility. Please keep the proof of postage until the refund/exchange has been made. Refund/exchange will be made after we have received the returned order.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Return/exchange cannot be accepted if the item is not in its original condition and cannot be resold.
