All Parcels are dispatched via Royal Mail.Parcels are dispatched 3-4 working days after order is placed.

We strongly advise that you use tracked shipping if you are an international customer.

We are unable to replace/refund untracked parcels if they go missing, Domestic (uk) and international.

Fees or import tax on my order?

If you're purchasing from outside the UK, you may be liable for customs / import charges. All import fees and charges are the responsibility of the customer. For details of what charges may or may not apply, please check with your postal service.

Return & Exchange

If you would like to return or exchange an order, we are happy to do so. You must return the product within 14 days of receiving it.

Return postage is the buyer's responsibility. Please keep the proof of postage until the refund/exchange has been made. Refund/exchange will be made after we have received the returned order.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Return/exchange cannot be accepted if the item is not in its original condition and cannot be resold.
